Description

The Ministry of Transportation and Transit is seeking qualified Appraisers to provide real estate appraisal services across various regions in British Columbia. The services include valuation assignments for Residential, Institutional, Industrial, Commercial, and Agricultural properties. The contract duration is 24 months, and up to four appraisal firms may be retained to provide services on an as-needed basis.
