Description

The Ministry of Transportation and Transit of Canada is seeking up to five qualified appraisal firms to provide real estate appraisal and advisory services for the Southern Interior Region of British Columbia. The services include valuation assignments for Residential, Institutional, Industrial, Commercial, and Agricultural properties. Contracts will be awarded on an "as and when" basis with a duration of 24 months. Each firm may only be awarded one contract per region, and the maximum contract value per contract is $250,000.
