Description
This Request for Proposal (RFP) aims to establish a five-year contract with a contractor to provide professional services for the final phases of closure on a portfolio of approximately 20 orphan sites within the Stoddart area. The contractor will manage these sites through investigation, remediation, and reclamation/restoration to achieve the Certificate of Restoration (CoR) Part 2, with sites reclaimed and in vegetation monitoring within the contract period. All pipelines have been deactivated and abandoned, infrastructure removed, and wells abandoned, making the sites ready for investigation.
