Description

The Ministry of Transportation and Transit is seeking qualified Appraisers to provide real estate appraisal services in the South Coast Region of British Columbia. The services include valuation assignments for Residential, Institutional, Industrial, Commercial, and Agricultural properties. The contract duration is 24 months, and up to five appraisal firms may be retained to provide services on an as-needed basis. Each firm may be awarded only one contract in the region, with a maximum contract value of $500,000.
