Description
The Ville de Warwick is soliciting submissions for the emptying, dehydration, transportation, and disposal of sludge from pond 2 of the wastewater treatment plant. The disposal method of dehydrated sludge must be sanitary landfilling at an authorized site by MELCCFP, composting at an authorized site by MELCCFP, or agricultural valorization with authorization from government authorities. Bids must be accompanied by a bid guarantee of 10% of the total bid amount. The work must start after the thaw period in 2027 and be completed by October 1, 2027.
