This presolicitation notice is for  for USS Columbia (SSN 771), USS Nebraska (SSBN 739), and USS Rhode Island (SSBN 740) Submarine Emergency Diesel Generator Renewal Materials. See attached Statement of Work (SOW) for a full description of the requirement. This requirement is going to be solicited under Basic Ordering Agreement N64498-26-G-1004 with Fairbanks Morse, LLC.
