Schertz-Cibolo-Universal City Independent School District (SCUC ISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, vendor teams, and/or integrated vendor platforms to provide consulting and coordination services regarding potential financial assistance for medical expenses, including pharmacy expenses and other related expenses for the District's 2027 plan year. The services are intended to support current employees, covered dependents, and former employees participating in the District's COBRA program. The District has retained Masonry Health as its independent strategic healthcare advisor, which provides advisory services but does not serve as the third-party administrator or plan administrator. The selected respondent will contract exclusively with the District, which retains full authority over decisions related to the employee medical plan and vendor selection.
