The City of Trenton is seeking to prequalify contractors for rapid emergency stabilization of hazardous and unsafe structures citywide. - Government Buyer: - City of Trenton, Department of Housing, Economic Development & Inspections, Division of Purchasing - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; opportunity is open to qualified contractors - Services Requested: - Emergency stabilization services for imminently hazardous structures - Structural shoring, bracing, wall, floor, and roof stabilization - Emergency roof tarping, boarding, temporary weather protection, and fencing - Removal of loose masonry, unstable facade components, and hazardous architectural elements - Site safety measures including traffic control, pedestrian protection, dust suppression, debris removal, and emergency site cleanup - Miscellaneous emergency work such as excavation, concrete placement, temporary utility protection, and coordination with engineers and utility companies - Quantities: - No fixed quantities; services are provided on an as-needed, rapid-response basis - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Contractors must mobilize within 24 hours of notification - Minimum five years of relevant experience required - Proper licensing and registration with the State of New Jersey and City of Trenton - Demonstrated financial and bonding capacity - OSHA compliance and ability to meet prevailing wage and labor accountability requirements - Submission of detailed qualifications, references, and proof of similar project experience - Prequalified contractors will be invited to quote on individual assignments as needs arise
