Description

This solicitation is for providing emergency repairs and securement services for private abandoned properties on an as-needed basis, requested by the Community Development Department, Code Enforcement Division. Contractors will be on-call, used individually, in rotation, and as needed when conditions exceed the on-call contractor's resources. Services include all board-up costs covering materials and labor as per the attached specifications.
