Description

This solicitation is for providing emergency repairs and securement services for private abandoned properties on an as-needed basis, requested by the Community Development Department, Code Enforcement Division. Contractors will be on-call, used individually, in rotation, and as needed when conditions exceed the on-call contractor's resources. Services include all board-up costs covering materials and labor as per the attached specifications. Contractors are responsible for meeting all contract requirements without further direction from the City, with specific site requirements, schedules, and time periods specified for each job.
