The scope of work includes bridge reconstruction, roadway widening, stream stabilization, installation of a closed storm drain system, stormwater management facilities, curb and gutter, sidewalk, landscaping, traffic signals, signing and pavement marking, and utility relocation. Bids are to be submitted electronically to the Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration.
