Description

The Maynard Public Schools is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) and develop a Twenty-Year Capital Improvement Plan for all District-owned school facilities and associated site infrastructure. The project aims to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the condition of educational facilities and grounds, establishing a long-range capital planning document to assist various stakeholders in making informed decisions regarding future capital investments. The selected consultant will perform visual assessments, identify deficiencies, evaluate the remaining useful life of major building systems, provide budgetary cost estimates, and prepare a prioritized twenty-year capital improvement plan.
