Description

The City of Yorba Linda is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a modern Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Integrated Library System (ILS) for the Yorba Linda Public Library. The system must be fully hosted, reliable, scalable, and user-friendly, enhancing both patron and staff experiences while integrating with existing library services. The scope includes software provision, configuration, implementation, comprehensive migration from the current SirsiDynix Horizon ILS, staff training, documentation, project management, ongoing maintenance, upgrades, customer support, and robust reporting and analytics capabilities.
