Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to support KUA-sponsored events with a comprehensive suite of event products and services. - Government Buyer: - Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA), Executive Office - Products and Services Requested: - Rental or lease of inflatable games - Rental or lease of amusement rides - Rental or lease of event equipment and supplies - Rental or lease of concession items - Event staffing and support services, including: - Labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, delivery, setup, operation, maintenance, and removal - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named or required; open to all qualified firms - Unique or Notable Requirements: - Ability to provide all necessary event support services - Must supply all labor, supervision, and equipment for setup, operation, and removal - Insurance coverage required - Contract is as-needed, with no guaranteed minimums or maximums - Compliance with KUA's terms and conditions is mandatory

Description

Kissimmee Utility Authority (KUA) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide inflatable games, amusement rides, event equipment, concession items, staffing, and related event support services for KUA-sponsored events on an as-needed basis. The successful proposer will be responsible for furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, transportation, delivery, setup, operation, maintenance, and removal necessary to provide the requested services. The procurement includes event support services in accordance with the RFP requirements. Insurance is required for this contract.
