Description

This solicitation aims to establish a pool of qualified vendors to provide housing and homelessness services to Alameda County through the Alameda County Health's Housing and Homelessness Services Vendor Pool. Vendors qualified in one or more service categories including Housing Community Supports, Health and Supportive Services, Interim and Permanent Housing Administration, and Homelessness Prevention Services are eligible. The County intends to fund direct services, program start-up services, capacity-building and technical assistance services, and innovation services to support persons experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Responses for Round 3 are due by October 13, 2026, with continuous quarterly filings thereafter.
