The County of Loudoun, Virginia is seeking a qualified General Contractor to construct the Arcola Quarters for the Enslaved, a historic interpretive park located at 42554 Arcola Boulevard, Sterling, Virginia. The project includes developing a 5.12-acre portion of a 15.83-acre park, building a 5,871 square foot visitor's center with an attached 1,351 square foot pavilion, and conserving the historic Quarters for the Enslaved.
