The City of Bend is seeking proposals for a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Backflow Assembly Testing Management Software to replace its current application. The software must support the administration and tracking of annual backflow prevention assembly testing requirements to protect the potable water system. It must comply with all relevant regulatory and compliance requirements, including Administrative Rules OAR 333-061-0070, Oregon Health Authority regulations, and City of Bend Municipal Code Chapter 14.30.50.
