Description

This solicitation is for the replacement of an 18-inch reinforced concrete culvert and associated drainage improvements at Ventura Ave @ Shell Road. The work includes public access and notice, mobilization, traffic control and construction signing, water pollution control, sawcut, excavation safety, structure excavation, slurry backfill, cast in place drainage inlet, straight headwall, Class III rip rap, Midwest guardrail system, guardrail end guard, AC miscellaneous paving, pavement delineation and striping, and related appurtenant work. The project is managed by the PWA department and is being procured through an Invitation to Bid (ITB). The solicitation opened on August 11, 2026, and closes on August 27, 2026.
