Description

This RFP invites proponents to submit proposals for replacing an existing corroded Combined Sewer Overflow (CSO) diversion gate within the Glenbrook Diversion Chamber at Glenbrook Ravine Park in New Westminster. A permanent gravity sewer by-pass system has been designed and constructed to safely divert live sewer flows to allow removal of the existing gate and installation of the new one. Due to unforeseen site conditions, the replacement could not be completed, and the corporation is seeking alternative solutions to isolate the chamber and install and commission the new gate.
