Description

The City of Cleveland, Department of Parks and Recreation, in coordination with the Division of the Cleveland Public Auditorium and Conference Center, is seeking proposals from qualified organizations to provide concessions, banquet catering, bar, and beverage services for the Public Auditorium and Conference Center. The contract grants exclusive rights to food and beverage services within the venue, which includes over 29,700 sq. ft. of exhibition space, three theaters, nine meeting rooms, and a grand reception hall. The selected firm will be responsible for all operations, management, food preparation, beverage service, procurement, labor supervision, and direct operating costs, aiming to maximize revenue through competitive pricing and quality. Proposals are due by September 14, 2026, with a pre-proposal conference scheduled for August 20, 2026.
