The Department of Human Services of Hawaii is seeking a highly experienced organization to support statewide cross-agency development of a coordinated system of support for Hawaii's families. The selected bidder must demonstrate expertise at the multiple-system level, statewide capacity, and strong collaboration experience with government agencies and community-based organizations. The contract period is for one year, from September 1, 2026, to August 31, 2027. The scope includes planning, facilitating meetings, developing a shared vision and framework, exploring resource alignment strategies, providing ongoing technical support, and delivering a final report.
