The Pharr – San Juan – Alamo Independent School District is soliciting proposals for refrigerated storage containers and pass-thru refrigerators. The solicitation is a Request for Proposal (RFP) with proposals to be submitted electronically by August 31, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. CT. Proposals must comply with specified requirements including brand and product information if different from referenced models, and no faxed or late proposals will be accepted. The district will not be responsible for lost or late emails, and all prices must be FOB Pharr, Texas, excluding federal or state taxes.
