The El Paso Independent School District is seeking qualified contractors to provide Architectural/Engineering Design Services for the construction of a new state-of-the-art educational facility called the New Bliss School. The project includes programming, schematic design, design development, construction documents, bidding or negotiations, construction phase, and post-construction phase for an approximately 102,720 square foot facility designed to accommodate 702 students.
