Description
The Guilford County Purchasing Department is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide consultation, legal advice, and representation in all appeals arising under Article 44, Chapter 7B of the North Carolina General Statutes. The selected firm will represent the County on appeals from orders entered in cases arising out of Chapter 7B to the North Carolina Court of Appeals and North Carolina Supreme Court where Guilford County Division of Health & Human Services is either the appellant or appellee. The County invites all interested and qualified firms who meet the requirements of this RFP to submit a response. Both federal and state funds may be used in this procurement, and contractors must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal ZoomGov Meeting will be held on August 19, 2026.
