The County of San Diego is seeking a qualified contractor to develop and deliver Tribal Cultural Humility Training for approximately 20,000 County staff. - Government Buyer: - County of San Diego, Land Use & Environment Group, Department of Purchasing and Contracting - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified firms with relevant expertise - Products/Services Requested: - Development of one interactive prerecorded digital training (15-20 minutes) - Creation of two supplemental resources: - Pronunciation guide (spelling, phonetic pronunciation, audio clips for Tribal names/terms) - Promotional video (2-3 minutes) - Training outline (max 10 pages), storyboard, and staged deliverables (25%, 50%, 75%, 100% completion) - Engagement and action plan for Tribal participation - Coordination and administration of participatory benefits for Tribal contributors - Quantities: - One of each deliverable (training, guide, video, outline, storyboard, staged prototypes) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Training must enhance understanding and engagement with 18 federally recognized Tribes in San Diego County - Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and expertise - Compliance with County policies (background checks, confidentiality, non-discrimination, ethical conduct, use of AI) - Compensation is based on deliverables; maximum contract value between $80,000 and $100,000 - Disentanglement services may be required post-termination for up to 12 months - All deliverables must be accessible and suitable for digital distribution to a large workforce
