The Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority (Sound Transit) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications and Proposed Approach (SOQ) from experienced proposers to provide General Contractor/Construction Manager (GC/CM) services for the construction of the W100 SODO Station in Seattle, WA. The project includes the new SODO Station, associated roadway, site and utility work, and interfaces with several other contracts. The contract includes preconstruction services through 100% design and construction services, with an estimated contract period of 24 months for preconstruction and 4 years for construction.
