The Bay County Board of County Commissioners seeks bids from qualified vendors to perform smoke testing, manhole inspections, and inflow and infiltration (I&I) analysis of the sanitary sewer collection system. The objective is to identify potential sources of inflow and infiltration and provide documentation to guide future rehabilitation efforts. This work supports efforts to reduce I&I in the wastewater collection system by detecting defects such as broken pipes, illegal connections, or missing cleanout caps that contribute to excessive flows and treatment costs, especially during wet weather.
