Description

The Houston Independent School District (HISD) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for Grounds Maintenance Services. The project duration is from September 11, 2026, through September 10, 2027, with two automatic annual renewals not to extend beyond September 10, 2029. Vendors must comply with HISD policies, including insurance and Minority/Women Owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) program requirements. A virtual pre-proposal conference will be held on August 5, 2026, and questions must be submitted by August 11, 2026.
