Description
The Los Angeles County Department of Youth Development (DYD) is seeking to continue its Youth Diversion and Development Services (YDS-D) program through this Work Order Solicitation. The program provides diversion and development programming for youth under 18 who are referred in lieu of justice system involvement, including those facing alleged felony offenses. The contractor will administer YDS-D services, including individualized care coordination, youth-centered approaches, and coordination of enrichment activities and services. The solicitation aims to support youth in achieving their goals with a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and restorative approach.
