The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Wyoming State Office is seeking contractors for the Saulcy Water Well Drilling project in Carbon County, Wyoming. - Government Buyer: - Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Wyoming State Office, Rawlins Field Office - High Desert District - Project Scope: - Drilling, construction, development, and testing of a water well with an estimated depth of 350 feet - Includes furnishing and installing 5-inch SDR17 PVC casing (190 linear feet) and 5-inch SDR17 PVC slotted casing (160 linear feet) - Installation of stainless steel well screen (190 linear feet), gravel packing/bentonite seal (240 linear feet), and grout/surface grout (110 linear feet) - Well development (4 hours) and well testing (2 hours), with final well testing (4 hours) - Mobilization to the job site - Compliance with Buy American construction material requirements - Minimum well yield of 10 gallons per minute (GPM) - Well logging, disinfection, abandonment procedures, and quality standards required - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; materials such as PVC casing and stainless steel screens are specified by type and standard - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Licensed contractor required - Bonding required for awards over $35,000 - Evaluation based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) - All construction materials must comply with Buy American Act - Products/Services Requested: - Water well drilling and construction services - Supply and installation of well components (PVC casing, stainless steel screen, gravel, grout) - Well development and testing services
