The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound is seeking quotes for specialized fittings and adapters for naval shipyard use. - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime - Puget Sound Contracting Division, DLA-PME, Bremerton, WA - Products/Services Requested: - End fittings and straight flange-to-hose adapters - Materials specified: Monel, stainless steel, and bronze - All fittings rated for 150 lb flange per ANSI B16.5 - Part numbers and quantities: - 2 each: End fitting, angle straight, 2" IPS, Monel/stainless (PN: 4121901093240) - 6 each: Adapter, straight flange to hose, 1.25" IPS, bronze/Monel (PN: EFMB1488F52032) - 8 each: End fittings, straight flange to hose, 1" IPS, stainless steel/Monel (PN: EFMSS1488F51624) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - All items must meet strict material and flange specifications (ANSI B16.5) - Supply chain traceability and compliance with FAR/DFARS clauses required - Delivery to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, with inspection and acceptance at destination - Delivery required within 2 weeks of award - Insurance and specialized packaging required - No specific OEMs or vendors are named in the solicitation; bidders must provide manufacturer information and lead times.

THIS SOLICITATION AND ANY SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS WILL BE POSTED TO THE SAM WEBSITE: SAM.GOV

ELECTRONIC SUBMISSION OF QUOTES IS AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SAM WEBSITE.

To be considered for award, if the contractor (awardee) is required to implement NIST SP 800-171, the contractor (awardee) shall have a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019 (I.E., not more than 3 years old unless a lesser time is specified in the solicitation)

Items deemed to be Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) are exempt from NIST SP 800-171 requirement.  Must identify and provide information to contracting officer on bid during solicitation period
