The U.S. Air Force, 55th Wing at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska, is seeking a contractor for specialized interior cleaning services at the Fieldhouse Gym (Bldg 321). - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 55th Wing, USSTRATCOM, 557th Weather Wing, Offutt Air Force Base - Scope of Work: - Interior cleaning of approximately 225,000 sq. ft. in the Fieldhouse Gym - Surfaces include walls, rafters, screens, chain link fencing, and riser roofs - Removal of dust, dirt, cobwebs, and sanitization of surfaces - Waste disposal and recycling in accordance with regulations - Equipment and Experience Requirements: - Use of specialized equipment such as the PAS 2400 Air Scrubber or equivalent - Contractor must provide all labor, tools, and equipment - Contractor must have at least 10 years of experience in environmental abatement and industrial cleaning - Use of personal fall arrest systems and PPE for safety - Compliance: - All work must adhere to Air Force standards, the attached Statement of Work, and applicable laws and regulations - Contract Structure: - Anticipated as a Firm Fixed Price contract - No specific OEMs or vendors are named, but PAS 2400 Air Scrubber is highlighted as a required or benchmark equipment

Description

The Department of the Air Force, 55th Contracting Squadron (CONS), is seeking potential sources to perform interior cleaning services for the Fieldhouse Gym (Bldg 321) at Offutt AFB, NE. This includes cleaning of the walls, rafters, screens, chain link fencing and riser roofs in the Offutt AFB Field House at Offutt AFB, NE. The contractor will perform all work in accordance with the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW), all applicable laws, regulations, Headquarters Air Force standards, instructions, and commercial practices.

VENDOR RESPONSE/REQUIRED CAPABILITIES: It is requested that vendors respond to this sources sought notice with information in sufficient detail regarding their capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirement. The Government is contemplating a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) as the appropriate contract type applicable to the requirement.

See the attached draft SOW. The Government may not respond to or publish comments, resulting actions, changes, etc.; however, the draft SOW may or may not be revised based on feedback provided. Potential offerors are cautioned that proposals must be based on the actual RFQ, once posted, and not posted draft documents.
