Description

The solicitation is for the replacement of roll-up doors, operators, and a fire-rated counter door at the Stockton Combined Support Maintenance Shop (CSMS). The contractor must provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees necessary for removal, installation, safety sensors, testing, and finish repairs. Work must comply with UL 325 and NFPA 80 standards and all terms and conditions of the Invitation for Bid (IFB). Contractors are encouraged to visit the worksite but it is not mandatory. The prime contractor must possess a type D-28 license for Doors, Gates and Activating Devices.
