Description
The Department of Corrections and Community Supervision (DOCCS) is soliciting bids for an Arc Flash / Coordination study to be conducted in accordance with the 2024 NFPA 70E and Standard IEEE 1584. The study aims to determine hazards at each major piece of electrical equipment including switchgear, switchboards, panelboards, motor control centers, PDUs, UPS, ATSs, and transformers. The study will include creation of Arc Flash Hazard Warning Labels to assist technicians in selecting proper Personal Protective Equipment. All work must be completed at prevailing wage rates and in a timely manner, with a mandatory site visit.
