LeChase Construction Services, LLC is seeking qualified and certified NYS M/WBE & SDVOB subcontractors/vendors for the SUNY Albany Rehabilitate Physical Education Building project. The project has a budget of approximately $70-75 million and includes various construction scopes such as concrete, steel, masonry, roofing, glazing, doors, painting, gymnasium equipment, elevators, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, sitework, paving, curbing, sidewalks, and landscaping. The project is governed by a Project Labor Agreement. Bids are due by August 24, 2026, at 2:00 p.m.
