Description
The National Research Council Canada (NRC) is seeking services for the removal of 10 existing fan blades in both fan blade assemblies (total of 20 blades) and the installation of 20 new fan blades on the existing hubs of Aerospace's Marley Cooling Tower. The work will be conducted from September 21, 2026 to October 2, 2026. The procurement method is competitive open bidding with selection based on the highest combined rating of technical merit and price. The solicitation is open to Canadian suppliers and suppliers of applicable trading partners.
