The Department of the Navy, Naval History and Heritage Command, is seeking qualified small businesses to provide annual service and maintenance for the Donaldson Torit Dust Extraction System at the National Museum of the United States Navy Fabrication Shop. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Navy, Naval History and Heritage Command, Naval Museums Division, National Museum of the United States Navy - OEM Highlight: - Donaldson Torit is the specified Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the dust extraction system - Vendors: - Only small businesses with experience servicing Donaldson Torit equipment are eligible - Products/Services Requested: - Annual cleaning, maintenance, and testing of the Donaldson Torit Dust Extraction System - Replacement of all 8 system filters each year, plus supply of 8 additional spare filters annually - Upgrade of the system's electronic control board - Quantities: - 8 filters replaced and 8 spare filters supplied per year (total 16 filters annually) - Service and maintenance performed once per year for three years (base year plus two option years) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Contractor must be qualified to service Donaldson Torit systems - Work includes both preventive maintenance and system upgrades - All work to be performed at the Washington Navy Yard - Period of Performance: - One base year with two additional option years for continued service
Description
This requirement is for one year and two option years of service and maintenance on the Donaldson Torit Dust Extraction System at the National Museum of the United States Navy in accordance with the Statement of Work included with the solicitation attached. Contractors submitting quotes shall be SMALL BUSINESSES qualified to work on Donaldson Torit Dust Extraction Systems specifically. Only quotes from small businesses shall be accepted.
All quotes in response to this solicitation shall be submitted to Contract Specialist Ashley Steele at ashley.n.steele8.civ@us.navy.mil by the date and time specified. Quotes received after this will not be considered.
