Description
The purpose of this contract is to secure professional architectural and engineering design services to support the Facilities Management Office (FAC) in Bogotá. The Contractor shall deliver innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable design solutions that comply with the Department of State's operational, safety, and environmental standards, while also adhering to local cultural heritage regulations.

The Government intends to award a Contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable list of prices. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion.
