This procurement is a supplemental bid to add 114 additional product lines to the PA State PEPPM Contract starting January 1, 2027. It includes 11 product lines offering E-Rate eligible products and services categorized under Category 1 Network Equipment and Category 2 internal connections and basic maintenance. The contract term is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2028, with an optional one-year extension. Local Education Agencies (LEAs) conduct mini-bid processes to select the lowest responsible, qualified bidder for specific products and services from awarded product lines.
