Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) to gather industry input in preparation for an anticipated competitive Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) for Licensed Security Guard Services. The requirement includes static guarding and mobile patrol services at approximately 383 ESDC-occupied sites across Canada, grouped into 20 procurement zones, with an operational start date targeted for April 1, 2027. Sites in Nunavut and those under Comprehensive Land Claims Agreements are excluded. This RFI is not a bid solicitation and does not guarantee future contracts. Participation is voluntary and not a prerequisite for future solicitations.
