This opportunity is issued by the Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) for the National Museum of the United States Army (NMUSA). - Seeking innovative commercial solutions for fabrication and installation of two identical monumental entrance signs - Signs must be two-sided exterior monuments with 14-gauge stainless steel-clad panels - Matte black pin-mounted dimensional graphics and LED backlighting required - Lower emblem/logo elements and exterior LED spotlights included - Signs approximately 8'-0" wide x 6'-0" deep x 11'-0" high above finished grade - Marine-grade waterproof electrical components and independent power solutions specified - Landscaping restoration and preventive maintenance plans for stainless steel cladding required - Offerors must provide a Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) cost estimate and insurance coverage details - Submission deadline is 21 Aug 2026 - No specific OEMs or vendors named; open to commercial solutions - Procurement is subject to funding and successful negotiations; government may modify requirements and is not obligated to make an award

This announcement is for the provide comprehensive capabilities to fabricate and install the Monumental Entrance Signage of the National Museum of the United States Army (NMUSA) under the Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) W912CH-25-S-C001, Amendment 01.

Interested Parties should review the attachments and the full CSO posting on SAM.gov for submissions and evaluation procedures. 

ACC-DTA is not obligated to extend a request for proposal or make an award as a result of this CSO AoI; all awards are subject to the availability of funds and successful negotiations. This CSO AoI is not an authorization to begin performance, and in no way obligates the Government for any costs incurred by the Offeror associated with developing a Response. Prior to commencement of any activities associated with performance under this CSO AoI, the Government will issue a written directive or contractual document signed by the Contracting Officer with appropriate consideration established. ACC-DTA reserves the right to modify the requirements of this CSO AoI.
