Carson City is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from consulting firms for Professional Consultant Services to support various public infrastructure and facility projects anticipated over the next two years, from January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2028. The solicitation covers multiple service categories including architectural design, construction management, engineering disciplines, environmental services, GIS, grant writing support, and more. SOQs will be evaluated by a City Review & Selection Committee, and qualified firms will be placed on a list for potential assignment to projects.
