Construction Services for Retaining Wall Replacement– Prague 6 area

The U.S. Embassy in Prague seeks a contractor for the complete replacement of a 19-meter-long, 2.0-meter-high retaining wall located between two Government-Owned (GO) residential properties in Prague 6.

The work includes demolition of the existing statically damaged retaining wall and adjacent fencing, excavation and earthwork, construction of new reinforced concrete foundations and a new RC retaining wall, installation of a drainage and waterproofing system, wall capping, installation of new 80 cm fencing with tie-ins to existing structures on both sides of the property line, and full site restoration. Actual concealed site conditions may vary; the contractor is responsible for verifying all measurements in the field prior to submitting a proposal. The contractor's work shall comply with Czech National Standards or U.S. codes and standards, whichever is more stringent

Contractor Requirements: The contractor shall provide all necessary quantity surveyors, personnel, equipment, materials, and supervision to complete the services per the technical requirements under a firm fixed price. The period of performance for all phases of the project shall not exceed 15 days from Contract Award, with construction milestones including:

You will be required to provide information that clearly demonstrates your ability to perform work in Prague.
