The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Sacramento District is seeking janitorial services and a full-service lease for professional office space in Salt Lake City, Utah. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Sacramento District, SPK Leasing Section - Office Space Lease Requirements: - Lease of 1,300 to 2,400 rentable square feet (RSF) of professional office space - Lease term up to five years with government termination rights - Space must be within a defined area in Salt Lake City, UT - 24/7 access and designated on-site parking for at least one government vehicle - Must include one enclosed private office, open office space, and a conference room (may be shared) with audiovisual capability - Communications infrastructure and direct exterior exit access required - Lease must be fully serviced, covering all operating costs, taxes, insurance, janitorial services, and utilities - Janitorial Services Requirements: - Twice-weekly cleaning: trash removal, vacuuming (using HEPA filter vacuums), hard surface cleaning, high-touch surface disinfection, restroom sanitation - Monthly: dusting, glass cleaning, trash receptacle washing, de-scaling toilets/urinals - Quarterly: HVAC filter replacement (MERV 8 or better), HVAC intake cleaning - Semi-annual: professional carpet cleaning - Annual: light fixture cleaning - Re-lamping with LED-compatible bulbs as needed - Emergency cleaning response within half a day - Use of environmentally friendly supplies and 100% recycled paper products - Compliance with security and background check requirements - No specific OEMs or commercial vendors are named, as this is a real estate and facilities services procurement - Offerors must provide building details, available space, square footage, availability, rental rate, and evidence of ownership or representation

Description

The U.S. Government is seeking professional office space space for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

 The Government requires a full-service lease for:

A minimum of 1,300 rentable square feet (RSF) and a maximum of 2,400 RSF of professional office space. Lease term less than five (5) years with Government termination rights  Located within a defined delineated area in Salt Lake City, UT: N: I-80 to I-15 to University Blvd to 500 S E: 1300 E S: I-80 to I-15 to Hwy 201 W: I-215 Designated on-site parking for up to one (1) government vehicles must be provided on a 24 hours 7 day a week basis  Other Requirements: Accessible to the public One enclosed private office within the leased space, with the remaining square feet to be open office One conference room (may be shared with other tenants in the building), with the ability to be equipped with audiovisual capabilities

Offered space must meet Government requirements per the terms of the Government Lease.

The Government has issued a Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) concurrent with this advertisement.

Interested parties should review the RLP package for complete submission instructions, evaluation factors, and proposal requirements. Respondents may include building owners and representatives with the exclusive right to represent building owners. Only complete RLP responses submitted by the due date will be considered for award.
