The Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management, is seeking commercial suppliers for repairs and upgrades to six coiling doors at the Red Rock Fire Station Engine Barn. - Government Buyer: - Department of the Interior, Bureau of Land Management - National Interagency Fire Center, Boise, Idaho - OEMs and Vendors: - Miller (manufacturer of monitored electric edges and seals) - Approved equivalent manufacturers may also be considered - Products/Services Requested: - Removal of outdated electric edges, cable reels, and wiring from six coiling doors - Installation of new monitored electric edges with Miller seals (or approved equivalents) - Installation of coil cords, sensing interface modules, aluminum edge retainers, and junction boxes - Service covers six existing coiling doors - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Miller seals specified as the standard, but equivalents are allowed - All work is for electronic and precision equipment repair and maintenance - Project is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold

This is a pre-solicitation notice published in accordance with FAR Subpart 5.1 and RFO 12.201-1(c)(2). The Department of the Interior (DOI) intends to solicit quotations directly from commercial suppliers under the simplified procedures of RFO Part 12.
