This opportunity is for laboratory testing and hazardous waste profiling services at the Defense Distribution Center, Susquehanna (DDSP): - Government Buyer: - Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Distribution, Defense Distribution Center Susquehanna - Scope of Work: - Comprehensive laboratory analysis and hazardous waste determination services - Includes sample pickup, analysis, and reporting per the Statement of Work - Products/Services Requested: - Full Toxicity Characteristic Leaching Procedure (TCLP) analyses (EPA Method 1311) for metals, volatiles, semi-volatiles, herbicides, and pesticides (quantities: 15 each) - Flashpoint/Ignitability, Reactive Sulfide, Reactive Cyanide, Corrosivity as pH, Total chlorine/fluorine (15 each) - Inorganic series (3 each): Antimony, Arsenic, Asbestos, Barium, Beryllium, Cadmium, Chromium, Copper, Cyanide, Fluoride, Lead, Mercury, Nickel, Nitrate-Nitrogen, Nitrite-Nitrogen, Selenium, Silver, Thallium - PFOS/PFOA (PFAS analytes), E Coli, Total Coliform, Fecal Coliform, CBOD, TSS, Total Phosphorous, Total Nitrogen, TKN, Nitrate/Nitrite, Ammonia, Biochemical Oxygen Demand, Asbestos Bulk Sample, Oil analysis (various quantities) - Radon testing/sampling (7 each) - Notable Requirements: - Analyses must comply with EPA and other regulatory methods - Wide range of chemical, biological, and environmental tests required - Quantities for some tests are high (up to 180 per year) - No specific OEMs or laboratory vendors are named; open to qualified commercial laboratories - All requirements and detailed test descriptions are provided in the Statement of Work and attachments

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number SP330026Q0162 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ), for laboratory testing services at DDSP.

This Request for Quotation (RFQ) is being issued to establish a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for laboratory services at DLA Distribution Susquehanna PA (DDSP). The Government intends to award one (1) contract as a result of this RFQ and will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449. This acquisition is not a Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rated procurement.
