The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), part of the U.S. Department of Labor, is seeking telecommunications survey data services to support its annual household survey program. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) - Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE), Customer Acquisition Services - Products/Services Requested: - Annual and quarterly datasets of consumer/residential survey responses on telecommunications services - Wireless telephone, land-line telephone, internet access, cable/satellite TV, and bundled packages - Data must include service type, provider, package details, contract status, features, and monthly spend - Delivery via secure electronic transfer - Line items include: - Base Year Telecom Services Sampling Data (2025) - Option Period 1: 2026 data - Option Period 2: 2027 data - Option Period 3: 2028 data - Option Period 4: 2029 data - Quantities: - 1 dataset per year (either 4 quarterly or 1 annual dataset per period) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Data must be detailed, current, and cover a range of telecommunications services and bundled offerings - Secure electronic delivery required - Multi-year contract: 12-month base period plus four 12-month option periods - OEMs and Vendors: - No specific OEMs or vendors are named; open to qualified providers of telecommunications survey data

Description

On behalf of The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), Office of the Senior Procurement Executive (OSPE) issues this unrestricted and open market request for quotations (RFQ) for telecommunications services annual household survey data.

This RFQ will result in a firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order.
