The Indian Health Service (IHS), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service (NAIHS) has a requirement for Floor Replacement Services.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation # 75H71026Q00247 is issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.
