This opportunity from the U.S. Air Force 509th Maintenance Squadron at Whiteman Air Force Base seeks the supply, installation, and training for a Barbee AutoFrettage Test Stand system to support B-2 aircraft tubing testing. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Air Force, 509th Maintenance Squadron, Whiteman Air Force Base - OEMs and Vendors: - Barbee (manufacturer of the AutoFrettage Test Stand) - Products Requested: - AutoFrettage Tester (NSN 4920-01-231-1017, Part Number 9770-0129), 1 unit - Integrated Pneumatic Air Flush System, 1 unit - Heavy-Duty Enclosure Lid Assembly with Pneumatic Cylinders, 1 unit - Automated Pneumatic Door Locking System, 1 unit - Thraxton Hydrostatic Test Adapters (for B-2 tubing diameters), 1 set - Services Requested: - Delivery of equipment - On-site installation, including utility connections - Removal and disposal of existing inoperative test stand, tank, and hazardous fluids (EPA compliant) - System calibration and verification (including leak testing at 20,000 PSI) - Comprehensive 2-day training for up to 10 personnel (operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, safety) - Unique/Notable Requirements: - Removal and disposal of old system and hazardous fluids - Training for up to 10 personnel - System must support 20,000 PSI testing and include safety features (automated door locking, heavy-duty lid) - All work must comply with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) - Delivery, installation, and training must be completed within 150 days after receipt of order - No other OEMs or vendors are referenced; Barbee is the sole OEM specified.

Vendor must supply and install a Barbee Autofrettage test stand at Whiteman AFB. Removal and disposal of current inoperative test stand is required. All work must be completed per the attached PWS.
