The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District, is seeking a contractor for the procurement and installation of a prefabricated, ADA accessible restroom/shower building at Blackhawk Park Upper Campground. - Government Buyer: - U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Paul District (W07V ENDIST ST PAUL) - OEMs and Vendors: - Huffcutt (Aspen model specified) - Equivalent models from other manufacturers are permitted - Products/Services Requested: - Prefabricated, precast concrete family style restroom/shower building (Huffcutt Aspen or equivalent) - Four-room unisex, ADA accessible design - Two restrooms without showers - Two restroom units with showers - Minimum 10,000-gallon capacity septic holding tank - Installation services including: - Connection to electrical and water services - Construction of ADA accessible sidewalk - All equipment, labor, and materials for installation - Unique/Notable Requirements: - ADA accessibility throughout the facility and sidewalk - Site inspection by offerors is encouraged - Equivalent models must meet or exceed the specified features

Description

The objective of this solicitation is to procure and install a prefabricated, precast concrete family style restroom/shower building, that is ADA accessible. The contractor shall supply all equipment, labor and materials required to install a new Huffcutt Aspen model or equal prefabricated, (4) room unisex, ADA accessible restroom and shower building with a minimum 10,000-gallon capacity septic holding tank in the Corps of Engineers Blackhawk Park Upper Campground. The building will have (2) restrooms without showers and (2) restroom units with showers. Additional work needed for the completion of this project also includes the connection to nearby electrical and water service, as well as construction of an ADA accessible sidewalk.
