NSWC IHD has a requirement to procure Comprehensive Traveler Information, Medical, Security and Evacuation Assistance Support Services for Federal Government Employees (COMPREHENSIVE TRAVELER INFORMATION BASE YEAR AND 4 OPTION YEARS.  This requirement will be evaluated based upon the lowest price offered to the government that meets the government's need.  Bidders should include ALL expenses up-front in the quote.  This is a firm-fixed price requirment that will be paid using Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).  Note that the credit card will not be used as a method of payment.  Your quote should be destination for shipping of any materiels.  Provide your valid cage code, point of contact, phone number, and POP dates in your quote.  This solicitation closes on 14 AUG 2026 and can not be extended at this time (these dates differ from solicitation form).
